Return or Exchange
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size (as long as it is the same price or lower). Exchange only available in the Faroe Islands and Denmark.
We’ll give you a difference, if any, in the case of exchanges by a voucher, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. We do not make a refund after a purchase. But the customer will always receive a voucher with the full amount, in case of a return.

How to return or exchange
1. Pack your garment in packaging.
2. Fill out the return form and place it inside the parcel
3. Write the return address on the parcel to the outside of the parcel.
4. Hand the parcel in at the post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage.
We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll issue a voucher via email, or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange.
Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use our postage labels and delivery service.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded by voucher and may be sent back to you.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a voucher via email.
We do not offer returns on sale items.
